These pages list down how the website works and also contain details about our liability limits. You should be well aware of how we offer services to avoid any confusion or problems later. 

What are the possible reasons for the delay of my order?

Your order might be delayed due to a number of reasons. If you have provided us with wrong address details then your order is sure to get lost in the post. If your country does not allow medicine import, then your order package could be confiscated by the customs department and you may not receive it.
